By using this site or enrolling in the course, you're agreeing to the terms below. They're written to be readable, not to trip you up. If something doesn't sit right, get in touch before you enroll.

Using the site

You're welcome to browse Varianta, read the sample lesson and share links to it. Please don't try to break the site, scrape it wholesale, or pass off our lessons, spreadsheets or the ebook as your own. The course materials are for your personal learning; you can absolutely apply what you learn to your own games and teams, but you can't resell or redistribute the files themselves.

Enrollment and access

When you submit the enrollment form, you're asking to join — it's not a charge. We follow up by email with a payment link and, once payment clears, your login. Access to Game Math & RNG is granted to one learner. Course access is described as lifetime, meaning for as long as Varianta continues to run this course; we'll give fair notice if that ever changes.

Your account and conduct

Keep your login to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has it. Treat the community and support channels the way you'd want to be treated — genuine questions, no spam, no harassment. We may suspend access that's clearly being shared or abused, and we'll tell you why if we do.

What we promise, and what we don't

We work hard to make the lessons accurate and the spreadsheets correct, and we fix mistakes when we find them. That said, the course is educational: it teaches methods and models, not guaranteed outcomes for your specific game. The maths is real, but how you apply it is your call, and we can't be responsible for design decisions you make from it. Nothing here concerns money changing hands on a result.

Changes

We may update these terms as the course grows or the law shifts. The current version always lives at this address, with the review date at the top. Meaningful changes that affect enrolled learners will be sent by email. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions? [email protected].
