Refund Policy

We want you to enroll because the course is right for you, not because you felt cornered. So here's our refund position, stated plainly, for both the course and the course-plus-ebook bundle.

The 14-day window

If you've bought Game Math & RNG and it isn't what you hoped, ask for a refund within 14 days of your payment and we'll return what you paid. You don't owe us a long explanation — a line about what didn't land is genuinely helpful for improving the course, but it isn't a condition.

How to request one

Email [email protected] from the address you enrolled with and say you'd like a refund. We aim to reply within two business days and to send the money back to your original payment method shortly after we confirm. Depending on your bank or provider, it can take a few more days to appear on your statement.

The ebook and downloaded files

Because the bundle includes a downloadable ebook and spreadsheets, we ask that a refund request on the bundle be made before you've downloaded a substantial part of those files — once they're on your machine, they can't be returned. If you've only watched a lesson or two and haven't pulled down the downloads, the standard 14-day window applies as normal. If you're unsure where you stand, just ask and we'll be fair about it.

After the window

Past 14 days we generally don't refund, since by then you've had real access to the material. That said, life happens — if something genuinely went wrong, a technical fault on our side, a double charge, an access problem we couldn't fix — write to us. We'd rather sort out a fair outcome than hide behind a date.

Upgrades

If you bought the course and later added the ebook, a refund on the upgrade follows the same rules as the bundle above. Refunding the upgrade doesn't remove your original course access unless you ask us to cancel the whole thing. Any questions about a specific order are best sent straight to [email protected].
