This page explains, in plain terms, what happens to the details you hand us when you enroll or write in. Varianta is a small learning portal, and we'd rather keep this short and honest than bury it in boilerplate. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected] and a real person will answer.

What we collect

Only what the forms ask for. When you enroll, that's your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the plan you chose, and an optional note about what you'd like to model. The contact form collects the same core fields. We do not ask for card numbers, addresses or any payment details on the site — payment is arranged separately, by email, after we confirm your enrollment.

Why we collect it

Your name and contact details let us reach you to send a payment link, deliver your login and course access, and answer questions. The optional note simply helps us understand what you're trying to solve so the reply is useful rather than generic. We don't build advertising profiles and we don't sell or rent your details to anyone.

Where it lives and for how long

Form submissions are written to a file on the server that hosts this site and read by the small team that runs Varianta. We keep enrollment records for as long as you have access to the course and for a reasonable period afterwards for support and accounting, then remove them. If you ask us to delete your details sooner and there's no outstanding order, we will.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or erase it. Send the request from the email address you signed up with so we can match it to your record, and we'll confirm once it's done. You can also unsubscribe from any course update email using the link in that email.

Third parties

A few dependable services help us operate: our web host, and the email and payment tools we use to reach you and take payment. They only see what they need to do their part.
